Fees for online (virtual) category include:

  • Open access to all presentations and session recordings.
  • Network with your colleagues in the virtual session
  • Access all the e-posters. Connect with the abstract authors and other colleagues from around the world through the virtual consultations.
  • Conference Program Book (Soft Copy) and e-Abstract Book
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Join the debate. Attend recorded and live-streamed sessions and participate in live conversations from all over the world.
  • All sessions will be available on demands for up to 3 months after the virtual meeting.

Letter of Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be e-mailed within 48 hours once the Meeting Secretariat receives the registration fee.

Group Registration

Groups of 3 or more participants can benefit from registration discounts.

 Cancellation of Registration

All cancellations must be emailed to conference secretariat prior to the below deadlines.

Refund of the registration fee will be as follows: 

  • Cancellations received until and including April 30, 2024 – up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50 EUR deduction for administrative expenses.
  • Cancellations received between April 30, 2024 to MAY 31, 2024 – 50% of registration fee will be refunded
  • From May 31, 2024 – no refund will be made
  • Discounted registrations will not be refunded, but can be transferred
  • The payments will take 20 working days to process refund.


Payment Terms

The official currency of the meeting is EUR.
Payments should be made in advance via Stripe, bank transfer or via credit card.

We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Bank transfer payment

Participants preferring bank transfer payment are required to send the proof of payment to the Meeting Organizing Secretariat.

Transferring through personal accounts will be denied through the bank transfers

Please ensure that the payment has to be done from the company or university account.

Upon finishing the payment, please so not forget to provide the scan copy of the payment proof.
